7 3/4" tall stoneware salt glaze pitcher, bird design, Rowe Pottery Works

Description

This is a beautiful handmade piece of stoneware pottery. Handle large and comfortable, spout is accented with dark cobalt blue butterfly wings. Center front is a nicely detailed cobalt blue bird sitting on a branch. Mfg labeling is on the center front of pitcher, see photos. Smooth glaze interior. Approx measurements: 7 3/4" tall, back of handle to front to pitcher 7", diameter of base 4". This is a very heavy item.
